USAGE AREA

The projector type lighting fixtures used in explosive environments are called Exproof Projectors.
These projectors are used in environments containing explosive gases, vapors, and dust, and in facilities with explosive atmospheres such as petroleum, chemical, petro-chemical plants, warehouses, tank rooms, boiler rooms, similar industrial plants, indoor and outdoor areas, and in internal and external environments upon special request.
They do not endanger the explosive environment.
For example, they do not cause the gas or vapor (such as gasoline, diesel, thinner, solvent vapor) to ignite and explode.
They ensure the safe operation of facilities located in hazardous areas.

Remember, your facilities do not always contain explosive gases, vapors or dust.

Protaş Ex-proof LED projectors are made of Aluminum ETIAL 140 and Borosilicate glass.

On Ex-proof projectors, optionally, there are 2 NPT 3/4" or Metric M25×1.5 entry holes available.
